Urgent: Help Us Rebuild
This weekend, a fierce storm tore through our ‘finca’ at APAC, completely destroying the shelter that protects our herd.
Thankfully, all horses, donkeys and mules are safe and unharmed — but their home and their food, is now exposed to the elements.
On Sunday 1st February, a heroic group of volunteers came together to clear what materials they could. Their effort was incredible, but the reality is: we need to rebuild — and fast. Without a sturdy shelter, the next storm could put our animals’ in real danger, and feed is at risk of getting wet and unusable.
We are urgently seeking financial support to buy new materials — metal roof tiles, structural supports and other essentials — to rebuild a safe, solid shelter.
To help raise funds, we’re planning a ‘Dog Colour Making Course’ here at APAC.
Details will follow soon, but in the meantime, your donations are the fastest way to help our animals.
This storm has reminded us how quickly everything can change — but it has also reminded us of the incredible strength of our community. Together, we can turn this setback into an opportunity to build a stronger, safer home for our horses, donkeys and mules.
